Shipping

From ordering to shipping, it takes 2-5 business days. Our system will apply a reasonable shipping rate to your order based on weight.

Warranty

Nutcase Helmets come with a 1 year warranty for manufacturing defects. This does not cover wear and tear issues you may experience over time. Please notify us if you have a suspected fault within 14 days of receiving your item. Please Email Us with a photo and description of the problem.

Little Nutty and Street Helmets have a Spin Dial Fit System which is replaceable. Please Email Us if you require this part.

Unfortunately buckles cannot be replaced as they are part of the safety testing of the full helmet. If you or your helmet is involved in a fall or crash and the buckle or impact foam is damaged, it is best to replace your helmet completely in such an event.

Returns/Exchanges

Please contact us via e-mail in case you encounter problems with the size or design of the helmet.
